Our Favorite Things To Do in Boston

Just because you're from out of town doesn't mean you can't live like a local. Our staff will get you off the beaten path and introduce you to the amazing insider hotspots most visitors don't get to experience.

To root out some of the city's best hidden gems we posed a question to our staff: If you had only two days in Downtown Boston, what would you do? Here's what they said.

  • I love sitting on the patio at Stephanie's on Newbury. The food is terrific and Sunday brunch with a mimosa in hand is delightful.

  • Wilson Farm is located 20 minutes outside of Boston in historic Lexington. All organic and they have a huge selection of fruits and vegetables. Highly recommend the cider donuts!

  • Deep Ellum is by far the coolest bar in Allston; trendy menu and cocktails, great beer list.

  • Silvertone has a great laid-back atmosphere for drinks and comfort food. The bartenders have been there forever! It's the perfect place to chill with friends or solo.
